Each appointment is approached with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we ask that the following policies be reviewed carefully prior to booking. Please message us for any questions. Booking Policies & Important Information • Clients must arrive fully washed and blow-dried, from roots to ends, with no products in the hair. • All special requests must be included in the booking message. • We do not accept clients under the age of 13. No exceptions. • Please notify us if you anticipate being late. • Appointments more than 15 minutes late will be canceled and subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover time and purchased products. • Deposits are non-refundable. • If your deposit is not received within 48 hours of booking, your appointment will be canceled. • No walk-ins. • No extra guests are permitted, including parents and children. • Clients must review the full description of their selected style prior to booking. • Please message us your preferred hair color through the Contact section of this website. • A consultation is required before booking if your hair is shorter than 5 inches all around. • Appointment duration may vary depending on hair length, density, and style. • An after-hours fee of $25 applies to appointments scheduled outside normal business hours. • ANY SQUEEZE INS (same day last minute time slots) will be 25$ extraBusiness Hours

Cancellation Policy
We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no shows without notice within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time.
